Commercial Terms

Effective July 2, 2026

Greenlight provides receipt-rewards, Reward Pass validation, campaign, compliance, and analytics software. Retailers and brands remain responsible for their own sales, advertising claims, licenses, and point-of-sale activity.

Retailer Portal

Retailer users may validate Reward Passes, view validation logs, and manage account access. Staff must verify age and identity at the counter under local law.

Campaigns And Rewards

Sponsored rewards must be truthful, approved where required, funded as agreed, and not structured as an unlawful inducement. Greenlight may pause or reject campaigns for legal, fraud, brand-safety, or operational reasons.

No Sale Of Cannabis By Greenlight

Greenlight does not sell cannabis, process cannabis payments, deliver cannabis, hold inventory, or take title to cannabis. Retailers remain solely responsible for all sales and fulfillment.

Data And Compliance

Commercial users may only use Greenlight data to operate approved rewards, validation, support, and compliance workflows. Exported data must be protected and used lawfully.
