Greenlight GatherBack

Legal

Terms of Service

Effective July 2, 2026

Greenlight does not sell cannabis. Greenlight helps adults organize receipt data, rewards, product memory, Gather posts, and public menu deal information. Purchases happen directly with licensed retailers under their own terms and applicable law.
Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and legally allowed to use cannabis-related services in your jurisdiction. We may require age and state-of-residence verification before access, and features may be limited or unavailable in unsupported jurisdictions.

No Medical Advice

Greenlight is not a medical provider. Product memory, Learn content, and quit-support content are informational self-help tools and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Receipts And Rewards

Receipt uploads must be accurate and belong to you. Points, Reward Passes, and sponsored offers may require review, may expire, and may be rejected for fraud, duplicate receipts, ineligible jurisdictions, or unlicensed sellers.

Gather

Gather is a social product for adults. Do not post illegal content, medical claims, sales offers, harassment, or content encouraging unsafe consumption. You control the visibility of your posts, but you should not share information you consider sensitive.

Deal Finder

Deal Finder summarizes public menu information and may be incomplete or stale. Always confirm price, availability, taxes, eligibility, and product details directly with the retailer before purchasing.

No Cannabis Transactions

Greenlight does not process cannabis payments, deliver cannabis, hold cannabis inventory, or take title to cannabis. Any purchase is solely between you and the retailer.

Account Safety

You are responsible for your account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, unsafe behavior, or legal/compliance risk.

Data Rights And Changes

Privacy rights, export, deletion, and law-enforcement handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Material terms changes are versioned by effective date and noticed where required.

Disputes And Liability

To the extent allowed by law, disputes are governed by the laws stated in Greenlight’s business records, may be subject to individual arbitration after required informal resolution steps, and Greenlight’s liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
