We collect account details, age-verification status, receipt details, product notes, rewards activity, Gather posts and reactions, cessation plans, symptom logs, relapse logs, support messages, device logs, and local deal-alert preferences you choose to provide. Cannabis consumption, spend, and cessation data are treated as sensitive data.

We use data to verify eligibility, extract receipt history, award points, issue Reward Passes, build product memory, power Gather, detect fraud, improve deal discovery, and run the service safely.

Greenlight uses encrypted transport, production database access controls, limited service-provider access, and audit logging. We avoid collecting precise location history unless needed for a user-chosen feature, and we use age data for eligibility rather than marketing.

We share information with service providers that operate Greenlight, and with retailers only as needed to validate Reward Passes or investigate support/fraud issues. We do not sell personal information. Brands receive aggregated or structured feedback by default; identifiable reviewer data is not shared with brands without an opt-in.

We require valid legal process before disclosing user data to government or law-enforcement requesters, narrow requests where possible, and seek to notify affected users unless we are legally prohibited or there is an emergency safety issue.

Signed-in users can export account data and request account deletion from the wallet. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud, legal, tax, or compliance obligations, and retained records are minimized where feasible.

Cannabis purchase history can be sensitive. Keep Gather visibility and profile details conservative if you do not want other users to see them.

Material changes are versioned by effective date. We will provide notice where required by law or platform policy.
